This is a recently remodeled one-bedroom apartment.  It is ideal for 1-2 people, although there is a convertible sofa in the lounge.

Fully equipped kitchen and dinette set. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, blender, wine and champagne glasses and many other basics (as well as a few treats and "oops! we forgot" supplies).

Comfortable queen bed, complete with necessary linens. Plenty of closet space and drawers.  The shower/tub has great water pressure and there are towels, basic toiletries, alarm clock and a hair dryer.

Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors (no parties, please).  To make your beach stay enjoyable, there are beach chairs, beach towels, volleyball, surf boards. Ask if the kayak is available!
